Due to Robson Rotation and the lack of Group tickets I am sceptical of how good this is, however here
is a Tasmanian Election calculator. I have created this by averaging the preference flows between parties based
on the last election, combined with the assumption there are only three parties. I've been running data through it and found it surprisingly accurate.
Default values are based on the last election. You'll notice it gets the result wrong
for Bass (only one Lib), however I think even the Liberal party will admit they were lucky to get a second member elected there.
If you go over/under 100% it just reaverages based on the value weightings of the respective party.
